ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.452 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.

3.The petitioner is an employee in the office of the defacto complainant. After collecting a sum of Rs.5,97,312/- from the customers, same was not passed on to the employer. Since this is a case of misappropriation committed by a employee, this Court took serious view of the matter and the same was adjourned to enable the petitioner to settle the issue.

5.In view of all these aspects, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
