Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the malpractices adopted in the tender evaluation and earth out the considerable consideration involved in the tender process of cancelling the lowest accepted bid for retender to prefer their person on political choice for the project in Serial No.1 of tender notice No.34/2021-2022/HDO, dated 28.02.2022 of the fourth respondent.

This petition has been filed to directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the malpractices adopted in the tender evaluation and earth out the considerable consideration involved in the tender process of cancelling the lowest accepted bid for retender to prefer their person on political choice for the project in Serial No.1 of tender notice No.34/2021-2022/HDO, dated 28.02.2022 of the fourth respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents 1 to 3 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
