ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the procession on 03.02.2015 from Pommanayakkanpatti Vinayagar Temple to Theni Nehru Statue on the occasion of the Maamannar Thirumalai Nayackar Birthday function.

4. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2015, an order has been passed on 29.01.2015 and that it has been served on the petitioner himself.

5. In view of the above, if the petitioner is aggrieved against that order, he is permitted to challenge that order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
