2.This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.143 of 2016 dated 15.02.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same insofar the petitioner is concerned. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the case was taken on file on 09.12.2016.

4. Since Charge sheet has been filed this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file proper application before the appropriate Court in accordance with Law. Consequently, Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
