(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenu or his corpus namely Vinothkumar, S/o.Manikandan, Male, aged about 28 years before this Court and set his at liberty forthwith.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
