ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.03.2025.

According to the petitioner, there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and already the third respondent lodged private complaint against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same is pending. While so, again the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition. 2/5

The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that there is a dispute pending between the parties in respect of broker commission for the land and thereby, they lodged a complaint before the second respondent. Therefore, in order to evade from the payment, the petitioner filed this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there is a money dispute pending between the parties in respect of sharing the broker commission for the land and thereby, the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent. For enquiry purpose, the second respondent called the petitioner. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. They will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.
5. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court after recording the submission of the second respondent, directs the second respondent to dispose of the third respondent's complaint as well as the representation of the 3/5
petitioner, dated 06.03.2025 within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
