This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the review petition filed in I.A.No.10 of 2025 in I.A.No.09 of 2025 in O.S.No.62 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Paramakudi. 1/3

2.Mr.K.Govi Ganesan for the petitioner urges that the allegations made in the Review Petition are shocking and amounts to sheer abuse of process of Court.

3.Mr.K.Govi Ganesan can file an appropriate application invoking Order VI Rule 16 (b) and (c) r/w Section 141 of the Code of Civil Procedure to strike off the alleged scandalous allegations made in the affidavit. A revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not a remedy.

4.With the above liberty, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
