This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry and thereby not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
