[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice] After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition to approach the bank authorities for taking recourse to the remedies available under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, in terms of the principles enunciated in Mardia Chemicals and others Vs. Union of India and others [2004 (4) SCC 311].
