Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2024 given to change the village revenue records and issuance of patta in the name of Arulmigu Kundamudaiyar Ayyanar Kovil and pond in pursuant of the order issued by the district revenue officer in g/K/gp5/45945/2014, dated 30.01.2015 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation dated 26.02.2024 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before 2/4

passing the final order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
