JUDGMENT
The present Writ Appeal has been filed by the respondent questioning the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD) No.13914 of 2018 dated 01.02.2024, by which order, the learned Single Judge had allowed the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent had forwarded an order dated 28.03.2024 in Proc. No.15478/HR-1A/2012 whereby the charges which had been framed under Section 17 (b) of Tamil Nadu Civil Services(Discipline and Appeal Rules) against the writ petitioner, had been found to be not established after enquiry had been conducted.

3. It is to be noted that the writ petition has been filed questioning the order of suspension. It is obvious that the issue does not survive and the appeal has become infructuous.
