2.The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for his house. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for TANGEDCO states that if "No Objection Certificate" is given by the first respondent, they will give service connection. The petitioner is permitted to approach the first respondent with a request in this regard. 4.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. Based on the order to be passed by the first respondent, the petitioner's right will abide.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
