PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioners/Accused on bail in Cr.No. 85 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cumbum North Police Station, Theni District.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2020 for the offences under Section 379 of I.P.C. in Crime No.85 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had stolen a two wheeler.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the case has been charge sheeted and it is taken on file in C.C.No.46 of 2020. He further submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases of the same nature.

5. In view of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The criminal original petition is dismissed.
