on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for the property comprised in S.F.No.780/4 of Mandaiyur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2019.

2. It is informed that for the very same relief, a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
