The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer the investigation in Crime No.63/2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent to CBI or any other impartial investigating agency to conduct fresh/de-nova investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. When the case was called up, the learned Government Advocate represented that the investigation in Nerkuppai Police Station Crime No.63/2015 has been completed and closure report was filed on 11.12.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to give a copy of the closure report within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the defacto complainant and liberty is given to the de-facto complainant to file protest application as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi Vs. State of U.P and Others reported in Laws (All)-2010-8-369.
