ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the FIR in Crime No.676 of 2020 which was registered on 08.05.2020 as against this petitioner stating that during the lock-down announced by the Government and an order under Section 144 Cr.P.C. has been promulgated, the petitioner has constructed a house in her land endangering the persons involved in the construction and therefore, a case has been registered under Sections 188 and 269 I.P.C. on 08.05.2020.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6738 of 2020 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the case registered in Crime No.676 of 2020 in the manner known to law.
