Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure, reclassify and issue patta to the petitioner's House property in Door No.10/295 B, measuring 1878 sq.mt. in T.S.No.2, 3 & 4 in Block 5, Ward H in Paramakudi Town, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.4.2014 in the light of the Judgment and Decree Dated 27.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.86/2006 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, within the stipulated period.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for considering his representation dated 17.4.2014 in the light of the Judgment and Decree dated 27.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.86/2006 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, within the stipulated period.

respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, in the light of the Judgment and Decree Dated 27.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.86/2006 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Paramakudi.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner, on merits.
6. In light of the above, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.04.2014, in tune with the Judgment and Decree dated 27.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.86/2006 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
