The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection from the respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. According to the petitioner, the third respondent has cheated the petitioner under the guise of selling his land to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/-. Thereafter, he neither sold the land nor repaid the amount to the petitioner and made criminal intimidation. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.It appears that there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent and this transaction is of the year 2014. Under the guise of police protection, the petitioner is attempting to collect money from the third respondent.
