Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

Today, Mr.C.Janakiraman,Special Sub Inspector of Police, Keelasevalpatti Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the investigation in Crime No.107/2015 and either file a charge sheet or closure report, as the case may be. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
