ORDER

The present application has been filed by A3 in Crime No.06 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge Special Court for (PCR Cases), Madurai, Madurai District, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day of his surrender in connection with the Crime No. 06 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026 on the file of the second respondent Police. 2.The petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No. 06 of 2026, wherein it is alleged that the petitioner has committed offences under Sections 115(2) and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge Special Court for (PCR Cases), Madurai, Madurai District, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day of his surrender in connection with the Crime No.06 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026 on the file of the second respondent Police, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
