This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Today, Mr.Kumaravelpandian, Inspector of Police, Y.Othakadai Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.113/2016 and that chargesheet has also been filed on 30.05.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to not to harass the petitioner in connection with Crime No.113/2016. This order shall not be a shield for the petitioner, if he is involved in any other offence.
