PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Cr.No. 972 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.5. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 11.06.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 286, 201, 202, 304(2) of I.P.C., and Sections 3 & 5 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 in Crime No.972 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A4 were brought explosive substances from the petitioner herein for catching fish. The son of the A3, who is aged about 6 years, was said to have bitten the explosive substance.

Hence, a complaint. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is specific allegations as against this petitioner in FIR, who sold the explosive substance to the other accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.

the other accused and caused the death of the son of the third accused, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
