For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.18337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16336 1/4

of 2025 dated 26.11.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.18337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16336 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 28.12.2025 onwards regularly and the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Sivagangai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.11 of 2026. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.18337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16336 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Sivagangai, for all hearings C.C.No.11 of 2026 without fail.
