This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to change the investigation of the Petitioner's complaint from the 2nd Respondent to any other competent officer under the control of the 1st Respondent and register the case based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2016 and investigate the case according to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief in accordance with law.
