This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 23.09.2016 and investigate the same in accordance law. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaints received, the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2016 under Sections 406, 420 , 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act 1997 and the petitioner would be treated as witness. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed.
