ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that FIR has been registered in Crime No.101 of 2021 under Section 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 against the petitioners herein.

2.In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
