This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to initiate appropriate action against the 1st accused in Crime No.399 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Palanichettipatti Police Station, Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
