PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute and consequently, directing him not to harass the Petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute and consequently, directing him not to harass the Petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.03.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
