O R D E R

The plaintiff in O.S.No.71 of 2020, on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram District, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed for the relief of declaration of title, recovery of possession, mandatory injunction and permanent injunction. The suit is of the year 2020 and it is posted from January 2025 onwards for framing of issues.

3. A perusal of the records reveal that initially the defendants were set ex parte, and after ex parte evidence, when the suit was posted for arguments, the defendants have filed an application to set aside the ex parte order and the suit has also been restored.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is five years old, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2020 on or before 31.12.2025.
