Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The Writ Petitioner states that he is an ayakatdar of Athikarikulam Kanmai and Poothimangalam Village. He had decided to form a registered society. His grievance is that the second respondent has not issued any approval so far, for the formation of the society. Therefore, the writ petition has been filed.

3. It is obvious that the desire of the writ petitioner to form a registered society is to avail kudimaramathu benefits. As per Section 42 of Farmers' organisation Management Act 2000, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7022 of 2020 cannot be any independent society apart from the Farmers' Organisation. Hence, I do not find any merit in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
