ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that on the complaint pending against the petitioner, he was only called for enquiry and the enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
