Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by the Court, the contemnor is present before this Court.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Hon'ble Division Bench has granted an interim stay of the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the above said facts, the further presence of the contemnor is hereby dispensed with. The contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
