JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that an emergent petition was placed before the lower Court and the appellant was already released on bail. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
