[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Divya, daughter of V.Alagarsamy, aged about 30 years, and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the detenue has been produced by the second respondent police. On enquiry, she informed us that since her father scolded her, the detenue left the matrimonial home and now, she is willing join her father, the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said statement of the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
