Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to disburse the Blood money of Rs.24,53,627/- (Twenty four lakhs fifty three thousand and six hundred twenty seven rupees Only) to the petitioner with 12% interest per annum within a stipulated time. The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to disburse the blood money of Rs.24,53,627/- (Rupees twenty four lakhs fifty three thousand six hundred and twenty seven only) to the petitioner, together with 12% interest per annum, within a stipulated time.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 that the money, which is sought to be refunded, has already been disbursed to the petitioner and to that effect, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 27.08.2018, issued by the third respondent - District Collector, before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, the issue raised in this writ petition does not survive for further consideration of this Court and

therefore, the same is closed. No costs.
