ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his managercum-supervisor, Vaiyapuri, under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint preferred by one Nachi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that on the complaint pending against the petitioner preferred by one Nachi, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and the enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
