ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members, under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's sons are arrayed as A1, A2 and A3 in Crime No.1540 of 2016 and the petitioner is not an accused; one of the accused was already arrested by the third respondent and the enquiry is pending before him, not before the first and second respondents. was only called for enquiry and no harassment made against the petitioner.
