The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.143 of 2024 dated 26.09.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
