ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing through video conference, Mr.Sakthi Kumaran, Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that order of termination has already been passed against the Petitioner on 20.06.2020 and communicated to him and copy of the same has been placed on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission made, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It shall not, however, preclude the right of the Petitioner to challenge the termination order before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
