The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No.24 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent police to quash the F.I.R.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of the Court that an FIR has been referred as mistake of fact and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, on 19.09.2021.
