No. 3569 of 2025 dt. 25.02.2025 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 3569 of 2025 dt. 25.02.2025.

2. Ms.M. Anbarasi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays 1/3

for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 01.03.2025.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(viii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 3569 of 2025 dt. 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Othakadai Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
