This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.526 of 2010 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that charge sheet was filed on 28.10.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithurai, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. In view of the above submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithurai, is directed to number the case, if the final report is already filed in Crime No.526 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
