This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8501 of 2012, dated 10.02.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorses the stand of the respondents that the order has been complied with. Compliance report has also been filed by the respondents in this regard.
3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed.
