The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.197 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
3. On the grounds raised by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition at the stage of F.I.R., and this is a matter for investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
