ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police called the petitioner to the police station frequently and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that with regard to a woman missing case, the petitioner was called for enquiry and no harassment made against the petitioner and the investigation is pending. He has further submitted that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
