: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent police to any other competent authority under the supervision of the second respondent.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that A-1 in this case has been arrested and A-2 and A-3 have been granted anticipatory bail.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation as prayed for. However, it will serve the interest of justice, if the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Thuckalay, is directed to monitor the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.92 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kulasekaram Police Station.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
