Thikkuvai Suresh, S/o. Pitchai pillai, aged about 34 years, now detained as "Goonda" at Trichy Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.2242, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 15.04.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked and hence, the prayer sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
