Heard Mr.J.Parekhkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The present Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 06.04.2018 passed by the respondent based on his proceedings in Roc.No.9585/2018/V2-1, to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

4.Since the petitioner challenging the order of suspension passed by the respondent dated 06.04.2018 on the ground that the suspension order was passed that the petitioner was demanded and received illegal gratification, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
