PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to provide necessary police protection to fence the petitioner's property in S.No.1009/8 situated at Kampaneri Pudukudi Part-II Villlage, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide necessary police protection to fence the petitioner's property in S.No.1009/8 situated at Kampaneri Pudukudi Part-II Villlage, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 25.12.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
