Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 17.05.2018, seeking permission to cross Siluvaipuram to Nadavathumuri via police station road to reach Kollencode until reparation of the original route, has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered by the respondents till date and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Committee has already inspected the area in question and submitted a report in this regard and the same is pending for orders.

5. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2018, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
